We constantly monitor our competitor's prices to provide you with the cheapest delivered price available. We are quite happy for you to 'check-out' the competition as this, very often, highlights just how good our prices are.
The vast majority of items are in stock within the UK all the time. However with such a huge range we can never guarantee we have everything 365 days of the year in all sizes and from time to time things will become unavailable.
Where possible we have provided a lead time on our product pages. If you order an item that is out of stock we will always offer an immediate refund.
On average out of stock items will take 3-4 weeks to be restocked and delivered from our overseas manufacturers. If you have selected an out of stock item we will update you when the item arrives prior to dispatching it to you.
We accept payment via credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
When placing an order, you can enter your voucher code in your Shopping Basket before you place an order. If the option to enter a voucher code does not appear, it most likely means that there are currently no active voucher codes available. However, you can still check out our Special Offers for all our current deals.
As a general rule, all of the products that we currently sell, and will be selling in the near future, can be found on our website. There are certain items which we will be unable to sell for the foreseeable future

Due to the size and weight of our products, we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK.
