This website is operated by SATB Ltd (referred to as “SATB”, “Activity Toys Direct”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website.
We recommend that you:

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time by us updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features restrict your access to parts or all of this website without notice or liability.
Orders
Order Process (Terms and Conditions of Sale)
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Activity Toys Direct.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless your order is placed in breach of these terms and conditions and/or we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and Refunds).
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact Us.
By placing an order with us you agree that:
- Any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete
- You are the authorised holder of any credit or debit card or PayPal account you may use on the website
- You will notify us immediately of any changes to any information you have submitted to the website
- We may collect, store and use information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- You will only use the material on the website for your personal use only, and not for any commercial purpose whatsoever
- By clicking Confirm Order you are confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you are giving us permission to pre authorise your account upon order and debit your account upon dispatch / collection.
- E-mails sent will be deemed as read, it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving our e-mails
- You have read and accept all terms and conditions including in particular the terms in relation to Price and Promotions, Shipping and Delivery, Contract Cancellation, Returns and Refunds and Data Protection.
- Products are for family domestic use only
Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland Great Britain including the Isle of Wight. We are unable to deliver to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOM, Scottish Islands.
We offer our Standard Monday to Friday 2-5 day delivery service for just £4.95. Orders that exceed the value of £50 will be eligible for free standard 2-5 day delivery. In addition, we offer a named day delivery service which can be next day when ordered before 3:00pm. Prices for named day delivery services may vary due to demand. We allocate a certain amount of delivery slots to named day deliveries. The number of slots varies based on demand, warehouse capcity and logistics. Once our capicity for a particular date has been reached, that date will no longer be available to choose on our site.
PLEASE NOTE - Due to limitations with our couriers, certain items may not be eligible for next day delivery to some postcodes, for example Northern Scotland and Isle of Wight . We'll still be able to get your item to you, but please be aware that items may take slightly longer to reach you.
Estimated Delivery Time
By selecting a date for delivery on our site, you are letting us know your preferred delivery date which we will regard as an estimated delivery date.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Activity Toys Direct shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
We will advise you of the estimated delivery date of your goods by e-mail prior to shipping. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot to await further instructions. In this situation, the cost of depot return and redelivery may be charged within any credit due or prior to re-delivery. Please note we do not offer timed delivery slots. All UK deliveries will take place between 9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Friday. You can add notes in the customer comments to leave the goods safe at your own risk.
Risk of loss or damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or at a place nominated by you. For the purposes of proof of delivery only, where you accept delivery personally, our delivery driver may ask either for your signature or may take a photograph of the products at a distance with your door open, which may include images of you.
Resale of our Products
Products are provided for personal, domestic and private use only.
If we reasonably believe that you are buying products from us with the intention of reselling them or in circumstances where it appears that bulk buying, reselling, drop-shipping or repeated orders for the same item/s are occurring, we may:
- refuse to accept your order; or
- cancel your order; or
- accept your order subject to agreeing additional or alternative terms with you (see below); and
- treat your order as though you are buying products in the course of your business.
In such circumstances, any rights that are granted only to a ‘consumer’ under consumer protection legislation shall not apply to you.
Additional and alternative terms which shall apply to such orders shall include:
- Consumer rights to cancel the contract within 14 days shall not apply;
- If the products are faulty or misdescribed, you may return them to us within 7 days. Where you use our returns service, you shall be responsible for the return costs. We shall also charge you a reasonable handling fee for processing your return. Returns received after 7 days will not be processed.
- You may not be permitted to order products which are subject to promotions or special offers.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer has accepted when an order has been placed. Once an order is placed customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Any errors regarding website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documentation or information issued by us may be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Pre-Orders
Should stock arrive earlier than expected we will dispatch items as soon as possible, items could be potentially sent earlier than our pre-order estimated date. Our customers will receive a notice of dispatch once goods leave our warehouse, also tracking information will be provided via email.
Please note pre-orders are an estimate of when goods are due to arrive to us and not guaranteed. Whilst we endeavour to get the items turned around in a timely manner events beyond our control may mean items are delayed.
Carton Images
Most of our products have images on the carton. Please bear this in mind when accepting deliveries, especially if you do not want your child to see what is being delivered. Due to the size of our products, we cannot offer black wrap or gift wrap services.
Payment Terms
We take payment from your card or PayPal account at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, where we have made a mistake, or we have processed your order in breach of these terms and conditions, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Cheques, Postal Orders or American Express
To ensure that your credit, debit, charge card or PayPal account is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or pre-ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible (e.g., prior to the goods being dispatched). We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that you have placed your order in accordance with these terms and conditions, we have processed your order, and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise
The price of products can be changed more than once. By ‘was’ price we mean the original price displayed online on activitytoysdirect.com
Checking Your Order
Please make sure you check your order is correct as soon as it arrives. You have 14 days to inspect the items and notify us if the order is not as you expected. After this period, we may not be able to correct any mistakes. If you are ordering goods for a Christmas present, please note that we are closed from Christmas Eve until after the New Year bank holiday. We cannot address any issues you may have in this closed period. Our last opportunity to send product out to you is usually 2 working days before Christmas Eve.
Returns / Contract Cancellation / Refunds
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received your item(s). In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:
Unused and unopened and with all parts.
In its original packaging, and with the packaging in its original condition.
In a resaleable condition
With its proof of purchase.
You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. Just so you know, if you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking longer.
Due to the quick turnaround of orders, we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel your contract with us, if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you received the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you received the Products, that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and they remain unused and unopened as outlined above.
If you cancel your order before it has been despatched, we will refund you in full and no further action need be applied.
Once your item has been despatched, if you choose to cancel before you have received the product, we will refund you in full for the product and any delivery charges you have paid less the cost of recalling the goods from our couriers.
If you choose to cancel your order after receiving them, please bear in mind that your rights allow you to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a ‘change of mind’ only. You do not have the right to change your mind if the product has been; opened and set up, used in any way, cannot be returned as new / as received with all original packaging in its original form.
You will then have a further 14 days in which the goods need to have been returned and received by us. We recommend you use a signed delivery service for this purpose.
Customers using their own couriers / postal services will need to ensure goods are received by us no later than 14 days from the date of the original cancellation date.
SATB will not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items by 3rd party carriers or their partners. The ownership & responsibility of any item / items being returned by the customer will remain their responsibility until the item has been signed for by one of our warehouse team. We strongly recommend that customers insure any item they are returning to us to cover for any eventuality.
If you cannot arrange for the goods to be returned to us, we can arrange a collection service. This service operates outside of the sale of goods contract and will be treated as a separate transaction.
This service can be used for any of our products, but the cost will be quoted to you based on the size and weight of the item. This price will be quoted to you by email or in writing prior to any agreement to uplift and must be accepted by return email or in writing. You will be given the option to make a separate payment for this collection service or agree to have the cost of the service deducted from any refund issued. Please note that collections are made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. The collection date we give you will be one that our couriers have agreed to, however, we cannot accept any liability for couriers or any 3rd party not collecting as we have instructed. If you have any reservations about waiting in or non-collection, we recommend you use a service of your own for the return of unwanted products.
If we attempt a collection and you are not home, we will have to rearrange a new collection which may incur an additional charge which we will inform you about prior to rearranging a new collection. We reserve the right to inspect the goods and deduct a reasonable amount from any refund issued if we deem the item has not been returned as new, does not contain all original packaging in its original form, has been assembled and cannot be resold as new, or has been used and is not suitable for resale.
Faulty items and repairs
In most cases the manufacturer of an item can resolve issues with a faulty item. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you must notify our customer service department by e-mail to mail@activitytoysdirect.com or in writing.
You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the fault or an image / images of the fault for us to pass on to the product manufacturer. Sending this information and images with your initial request will help us process your enquiry quicker.
We will arrange for replacement parts to be sent out to you from the manufacturer if we feel that this is appropriate. Full replacements will only be sent if we and/or the manufacturer agrees this is the best course of action. If we are unable to send out parts or a replacement we will offer a refund to the value paid for the product and associated delivery charges paid by the customer.
The above measures are subject to the timeframes outlined in the Consumer Rights Act. More details of your statutory rights can be obtained by requesting or downloading a copy of the Consumer Rights Act.
Refunds
We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. During our busy seasons (April through to June & October through to December) please allow up to 7 working days for refunds and replacements to be processed. All refunds will be made using the same payment method where goods were purchased in store and using the same card used to place the order online.
The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that the time taken to process a refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. In our experience, it can take up to 7 days. This processing time is completely outside of our control and any delay is not on the part of SATB Ltd
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited, and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Given the unpredictability of technology and the online environment, we do not warrant that the function or operation of our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. Most items are covered for up to one year against manufacturing faults, unless otherwise specified. Your receipt is your proof of warranty.
We do not give any warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, express or implied, relating to the information contained on this website or on any website to which it is linked. We make no representations or warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics contained on this website, or on any website to which it is linked.
Price / Promotions / Stock
The price displayed at time of purchase is the price you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.
Price savings are evaluated on manufacturer's recommended retail price.
All voucher and discount codes must be entered on the 'Shopping Basket' page before proceeding to the checkout and cannot be applied if not entered at time of placing the order. If a code does not apply a discount, please check the valid dates. For more information on what to do if a code does not apply expected discount, please see our FAQs. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of each voucher and discount code as they may vary.
Product representation
We provide, where applicable, the set up (built) dimensions of our products. Please ensure that you are aware of these when ordering and you are not buying an item that will simply not fit in your house or garden.
Stock Outs
Usually everything displayed on our site as In Stock is present in our business and available for immediate sale.
In the unlikely event that any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of stock out confirming that any pre-authorisation has been released and/or payment refunded for the goods in question, in line with our Payment Terms. To the extent that the out-of-stock item forms part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the normal way.
Price Comparison
We compare prices of branded products against competitors on a daily basis. We track and monitor this analysis to ensure our prices remain as competitive as possible.
Data Protection
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never release your personal details to any company outside of the SATB group for mailing or marketing purposes. We confirm that your personal information will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability and Indemnity
SATB will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website SATB will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and SATB accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
Other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out in our Returns & Refunds, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
SATB will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any:
- economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
- loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- loss of privacy and loss of data; or
- special or indirect losses
- suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
SATB’s aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Miscellaneous Provisions
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the products in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extend permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability to business users arising out of or in connection with the products shall be limited to the replacement value of the product in question (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or in respect of fraud). In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
SATB shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To provide increased value to our customers, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for (i) the privacy practices of such websites, (ii) the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources or (iii) the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.

SATB reserves the right to transfer, assign, novate or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related contract to any third party.
If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
No delay or failure by SATB to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of SATB.
These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and SATB Ltd relating to the use of this website (including the order of products) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and SATB Ltd for your use of this website.
